ADMIN ASSISTANT (X1) – 3 YEAR FIXED CONTRACT

Requirements: Candidate must be in possession of a relevant degree/diploma or equivalent as a minimum qualification. One year experience in office administration, computer literate. Effective communication using South African languages.

Duties: General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing, maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, retrieve documents from filing system, coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors, prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, and distribute minutes of meetings, and other administrative duties.
